Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day), please allow a little extra time.

Australian Shipping We ship via Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout. Remote areas may take longer.

New Zealand & International Shipping We ship to New Zealand and select international destinations. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Original Artwork Original paintings are carefully flat-packed or tube-rolled and may require additional handling time of up to 5 business days. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
